Orange it is!

Love orange?? yes!! I love all things bright and colorful.
Orange was very fashionable and the most favorable color during the 20's, 60's and the 80's. Its a loud color and makes you stand out in the crowd depending on the shade of orange that you choose. It might be a bit too much but some can pull it off so well. Orange shows you have confidence and it looks the best on people with warm skin tones. If your a big healthy person try not to wear orange because it will draw attention to your size and make you look more larger. You can rather stick to orange accessories to stay on trend.
This year Orange took over as the new "BLACK" leading the list of summer color trends. Why don't we continue it through the whole winter as well???

Stay trendy,
be inspired,
God bless,

Happy Diwali!!!

Diwali or Deepavali, popularly known as the "festival of lights," is a five day festival celebrated by the Hindus in India and and the hindu countries around. In this festival people light small clay lamps filled with oil to signify the triumph of good over evil. It is a belief that these lamps are kept on during the night and one's house is cleaned in order to make Lakshmi (Hindu goddess) feel welcome. Firecrackers are burst because it is believed that it drives away evil spirits.

Im afraid of fireworks .....so i love watchng people play with it then me playing with em haha. I rather play safe with lights though :p

Stay safe and have yourself a Happy Diwali.

Birthday at the Zoological park.

Last Thursday, we had a baby's day out at the zoological park. It was my lil nephew's 2nd birthday. And well i was more excited because 'in my life i have never been to a Zoo!!!' So you can imagine me, i was just like one of em kids going "VAOW-Vaow" seeing the animals up close lol
Although this wasn't much of a zoo like but more of jungle zoo but yet it was a zoo-zoo for me haha. We had a lovely time walking for miles through the jungle and coming across these animals and the food we had later, i was glad i got to walk it all out!! ;)

Me n my lil brother was late and we had to run inorder to catch up with the other guys. Its not fun walkin in the jungle alone!

What's your Wedding Favor??

I Lovee wedding favors!!
let me tell you an old story maybe some of you already know and maybe some of you just know what is a favor but didn't know the history.... so listen! :p
Wedding favors began by the European aristocrats and they weren't known as Favors but as 'Bonbonniere'. It was a small trinket box made of crystal, porcelain or other precious stones. These boxes contained sugar cubes which supposedly meant to have symbolized wealth and royalty because sugar at that time was very expensive and only the rich and wealthy could afford. ( Just imagine getting sugar cubes as favors!!! right into my tea cup!! lol ). But with time as the price of sugar decreased gifting favors became a common thing.
Today, favors come in different varieties...No more SUGAR CUBES!!! Depends on your budget and then your theme. it depends all on the married couple how you want the guests to remember you and your wedding for days to come!!

Get inspired,
Be Blessed,
Love Toli x x x
